Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday) between 10 AM and 5 PM Eastern Standard Time.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays.
  • Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Information

For USA Customers

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse via USPS (www.usps.com).
  • If an item is unavailable in our U.S. warehouse, it will be shipped from our China warehouse using DHL (www.dhl.com), FedEx (www.fedex.com), or UPS (www.ups.com).

For Non-USA Customers

  • Europe, Canada, and UK: Orders are shipped from our China warehouse via DHL or TNT. Estimated delivery time: 4-7 business days. Free shipping is available for these regions.
  • Africa: Orders are shipped from our China warehouse via DHL. Shipping fee: $15. Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days.
  • Other Remote Locations: Shipping fees are calculated based on the order weight and are paid by the customer.

Customs Fees and Responsibilities

  • Customs Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed in the destination country.
  • Delivery Delays or Address Modifications: Any additional costs incurred due to delivery delays or address changes will be borne by the buyer.
  • Cancellations and Returns: If an order is canceled or returned for personal reasons after shipment, the associated costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Weekend Processing: Orders are not processed on U.S. Saturdays and Sundays. Additionally, most shipping providers do not operate on Sundays.
  • Sales & Holiday Processing: Orders are not processed on Sundays, and shipping times may be extended during sales or holidays.
  • Contact Information Requirement: Orders without valid contact details or accurate addresses will be held for 5 business days. If not updated within this period, the order will be canceled, and payment refunded.
